Proof of vaccination is required for indoor dining in New York City.
 
Beginning December 14th children aged 5-11 are required to show proof of one vaccination when dining indoors. Starting December 27th, those 12 and older will be required to show proof of two vaccine doses, instead of one, except for those who have received the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
